To order you'll need an account. This is an easy, fast, secure process. All information is strickly confidential between the client and SA Toy Car Treasures.
1. Register on our website with a valid email address and contact number.
2. Select the item(s) you would like and add it to the shopping cart.
3. Go through the checkout procedure and choose the shipping method of your choice.
4. You will receive an order number. Proceed to make payment. Please use this order number as reference when making the payment. Please note we ONLY accept EFT payments and no credit/debit card payments nor COD (Cash On Delivery), checks or cash deposits.
5. Once payment reflects in our bank account, we will deliver your items to you. You will receive an email with your courier waybill number for tracking purposes.
SA Toy Car Treasures accepts EFT, instant EFT, credit and debit card payments. All payments are secure.
Please note that payments must reflect in our bank account before the order will be dispatched. We bank with ABSA, payments made from banks other than ABSA may take up to 48 Hours to clear. No goods or products will be dispatched before the payment has reflected in our account and has been processed. As soon as payment reflects in our bank account, items will be dispatched.
All packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payments and money reflecting in our bank account. Due to the strikes of the South African Post Office we mainly deliver all parcels below 5kg to anywhere in South Africa via Store to Door but we offer Post Office courier options at a fixed rate of R60 with tracking which will normally be delivered within 2-4 days from date of dispatch to the shipping address provided. Door to Door deliveries are normally within 2-3 days to local and main locations such as Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Kimberley, Newcastle, Pietermaritzburg and George. Outlaying areas will take another 2-3 days.
If you are not happy with the courier options on checkout please choose REQUEST ACCURATE COURIER COST and we will get an exact (better price) for you based on your address and the size and weight of the item(s) you want to buy. Complete the order and as soon as we get a quote we will send you the invoice.
Our default type of delivery method is from Counter to Counter as it is also the cheapest but on check out you will be able to choose from any of our delivery services.
Counter to Counter (PostNet to Postnet)
The service applies to any PostNet in South Africa. Please let us know exactly which PostNet branch you want us to send the parcel(s) to.
Store to Door
My own courier
If you would rather like to use your own courier or arrange with someone you know to pickup your parcel from us then you are also more than welcome to do so. Please choose this option on check out and arrangements can then be made as soon as payment reflects in our bank account.
Items will only be posted during week days from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm so if you prefer delivery overnight or over weekends, or if a parcel exceeds the postage option's limits an additional cost will be applied. If items are ordered after hours, on a Friday or over weekends, the items will be packaged during the weekend and dispatched on Monday.
Please note that payments must reflect in our bank account before the order will be dispatched. No goods or products will be dispatched before the payment has reflected in our account and has been processed. We bank with ABSA, EFT payments from banks other than ABSA may take up to 48 Hours to clear.
Delivery fees include a fixed handling and packing fee as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total actual weight or volumetric weight of the parcel, whichever one is the greatest, but all the delivery methods and delivery cost will be displayed on check out.
We will not be held responsible for delays with any Courier companies as this is beyond our control. Please be advised that NO INSURANCE is offered by default for parcels when choosing a delivery option. We however can get insurance on the parcel should you require it. This will carry extra fees and can be confirmed on request.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and packed.
Refunds and returns
No refunds will be given and no returns accepted as all items are sold by "what you see is what you get". Descriptions of items will be as accurate as possible. If you however are not sure please feel free to contact us for more info.

Errors And Omissions
The prices displayed are the amounts payable per item, but exclude delivery costs. While we endeavour to ensure that the prices displayed on the site are accurate, it is possible that erroneous prices may be displayed from time to time. In such cases, we shall not be obliged to sell the product at the erroneous price.
In the event that our suppliers are out of stock on an item, we will contact you and advise you as to when we expect the item to be available. If you are not satisfied with the expected delivery date, you may either change your order or cancel it.
If an error is discovered in the price or description of the item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for an item which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order. If the item advertised is not accurate in it’s description or specifications, it is your responsibility to inform us return it to us in an un-used condition so that we can refund you.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
